Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website. They are short on purpose.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Note: these terms cover the website only. If we work together, a separate written agreement governs that engagement — scope, price, timelines, confidentiality, and ownership of what we build. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or replaces it.

01Who we are

This website is operated by Procura Solutions. You can reach us at info@procurasolutions.com.

02Using this site

You may read, print, and share this site's pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy it to present it as your own, scrape it to build a competing service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

03The content is information, not advice

Everything on this site — including service descriptions, the engagement process, and the answers in our FAQ — is general information about how we work. It is not professional, technical, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation for your particular situation.

Deciding what a business should do about its systems depends on facts we do not know until we look. Please do not treat anything here as a substitute for an assessment of your own operation.

04Nothing here is an offer or a quote

Descriptions of our services, our pricing approach, and our engagement process are indicative. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not bind us to a price, a scope, or a timeline. A binding quote is one we give you in writing, for a defined scope, and signed by both of us.

05Enquiries you send us

When you send us a message through this site, you are asking us to get in touch. Doing so does not create a client relationship, and it does not oblige us to take on your project. We may decline work, including where we think you do not need us.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the website form. Until we have a written confidentiality agreement in place, treat anything you send as information shared without one. We will tell you when it is appropriate to move to a protected channel.

How we handle what you do send is described in our Privacy Policy.

06Intellectual property

The content, design, wording, and structure of this site belong to Procura Solutions or are used with permission. The name Procura Solutions and our logo are ours. Third-party product and platform names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners, and referring to them does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or certification unless we say so explicitly.

07Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information.

08Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may become out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Procura Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content — including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for bodily or moral injury, or for intentional or gross fault.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it was last updated.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to this website falls to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Quebec.

12Language

This site is published in English and French. In the event of a discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails.
