We spend time with the people doing the work and map how your business operates today. You get a written assessment of what we found and what we'd recommend.
One document: what we propose, what's deliberately left out, what it costs, and what we need from you to deliver it.
Configuration, integration, and any custom development, with working demonstrations at regular intervals. The person who ran the assessment stays on the project.
Training in English or French, written documentation, and administrator access in your name. The goal is a system your team can run without us.

Most firms make you sit through multiple calls before you hear a number. We'd rather tell you early. After the initial assessment you get a fixed price for a defined scope, in writing, before any implementation work begins.
Software licences are quoted separately at list price. If we hold a partner relationship with a platform we recommend, we tell you in writing before you decide.

Procura Solutions is a young practice built by people who spent their careers inside enterprise systems implementations. We started this firm to make digital transformation accessible, predictable, and practical for small and mid-sized businesses.
We don't have decades of history or a wall of client logos, and we're upfront about that. What we have is the flexibility to work closely with every client and the drive to earn your trust on the work itself.
When you work with us, you work directly with the people designing and implementing your solution. No layers of management, no handoff between the person who sold the project and the people delivering it.

Every recommendation starts with how your operation actually works — not with a platform we're comfortable selling.
We get everything we can out of what a product already does. Custom code goes in where it earns its place, and you own it.
A system nobody can support after we leave isn't a solution. Documentation, training, and access are part of the work, not an upsell.
Sometimes the fix is a process change, not a purchase. We'll tell you that, even when it means a smaller project.

It depends on how much of the business is in scope. A focused implementation covering one or two functions is measured in weeks. A full rollout across finance, operations, and sales is measured in months. You get a specific timeline in writing, with the fixed-price proposal, before you commit to anything.
No, and we usually recommend against it. Most of our work is phased: we fix the process costing you the most first, prove it works, then extend from there. Replacing every system in a single cutover is how implementations fail.
Small and mid-sized businesses — typically those large enough that manual processes have become a real cost, but not large enough to employ an internal systems team. If you fall outside that range, we will tell you early rather than take the project.
That is the normal starting point, and it is the reason we assess before recommending anything. Choosing a platform before understanding the operation is the most common and most expensive mistake in this kind of project.
Yes. We work, deliver, document, and train in both English and French. You choose the working language, and it can differ from the language your documentation is written in.
